Jay Z’s alleged mistress 28 year old Cathy Koreana White mysteriously died September 2, 2011, just 48 hours after Beyonce announced on the VMA’s that she was pregnant with Jay Z’s child. It was reported that White died from a brain aneurism.

Since 2010, there have been rumors that Jay and White were dating.

According to Diary Of A Street King, two weeks prior to her death Cathy was contacted by a major tabloid that was investigating the Jay Z connection. She gave them little information to go on – but according to one of our sources, following her conversation with the tabloid, she called Jay and told him that she was going to go public with their affair (for a price). This all happened in the last two weeks.

White was the CEO of her own Public Relations Firm, White Label PR and a graduate of Howard University.
